So.. What is it that I am up to professionally?

7:00 – 3:30 each each weekday I manage and maintain +/- 400 commercial and residential rental units in Chico, CA .. I plunge toilets!

For the last 18 years I have owned and operated Seven Day Maintenance.. A full service property maintenance company in Butte County, CA serving the communities of Chico, Paradise, Magalia, Oroville, Biggs and Gridley. When I am not managing property, I am building and maintaining it.

In my “spare” time, I am the administrator and chief technology geek at www.AsktheLandlord.com. A website and social networking community serving 250 landlords across the country.
